while he was doing all of that i had to dig out all the shit from the shrimp shit vein
and also chop them cos we dun have magic bullet (yet)

mixed everything together in bowl with hand with cracked egg hoping they would all stay together else i’ll make asian fried pork burger pates

i use egg to hold the wrapping instead of milk (ang moh style) or water (azn style)
