i have no resolutions cos i never keep them..maybe i will start swearing/cussing less..i’m growing older and it’s very unbecoming….gotta shape up for *cough cough*

and one more thing! i watched twilight… it reminds me of my bf’s family (the collin/cullen(?) clan….)that is how they accept me even tho i am one kind type of mou liu person….. but the movie, the first 2/4 of the movie quite long winded..the 3/4of it was the best..the last quarter is not so nice…. so yeah…you guys judge urself!

maybe i shouldn’t be so lazy when i cook cos it often gives out the perspective that i didn’t know how to make a decent omelette or any decent cooking for that matter. so sad right? but taste wise,mine was way awesomer cos i know it so. anyway not the issue…just wanna stress, i am not working in commercial kitchen a where we got dishwashers/kitchen hand….in the house its one cook n the cook is the diswasher.so if i can use one pan to cook everything like hell i would!
saves on cleaning up and more flavours : D

also
my rule is that whoever cooks should wash up the utensils used/involved in the food preparation. the people eating should finish wiping up table, responsible for packing up leftovers into smaller containers and doing the final dishes that was used in eating. it is only fair, right ?

and i hate ppl who just don’t clean up knives straight away after using…along with the board… n ffs, don’t use such a big fucking chopping board if you don’t need too la…so dam hard to wash in small sink

names and faces

i am feeling more than just melancholy

because

i went to town today to do some shopping – i even hit the sale in the city place

and it was all leftovers…crap wuz i too late..

i didn’t even get to buy anything in town..that was how sad i was…..

and then to cheer me up i went into gucci and louis vuitton

and i didn’t see the bag i wanted T_T” i am really sad…

but firstly i saw two kiasu people at the gucci counter.

old man flips his eye phones and does his calculator thing on exchange rates and prices on them gucci bags

and exclaims loudly to the seller attending to him and his bitch – “WAH HHHH HHH SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN HK “

CITY is looking bleak..it’ a saturday and shops are open and there’s nobody in town shopping?WT? only this guy so nice giving out balloons…and there isn’t a line of kids……..

i think my face just fell off…

ok. i just read that this article : new face for badly disfigured woman in the herald yesterday.

well, not sure what the hype is, i mean, that concept seemed to have come up in a lot of movies.
take face/off starring nicholas cage and john travolta

how this relates to me is that i just felt excruciating pain on my face….like it was about to fall off straight away from my cartilage and bones facial structure….wtf!!!

not sure what is up with me and bodyshop but every time i try one of their mask, (this is the second time )
and i bought the blue-corn mask product and slab it across the T profile and my cheeks and my chin and voila…burn like hell

is it supposed to do that? i mean, organic and natural products,no?

i feel as if my face is burning…and therefore, if i have to wait the full 5 mins (tho recommended full 10-15 mins), my face, would’ve dropped out literally, is what i feel.(i used normal J&J cleanser)

ok i will give it another try tomorrow..maybe it would be ok…but seriously, that felt like as if my face is about to fall off…

i’m not condemning them because i am going to try it again but what i am asking is, if you used bodyshop products, what are your thoughts ? (some people tellme it is overrated or commercialised organic/free-trade product) hardly hear people say good but they look like they are doing even better now…

and are mask supposed to be this way? cos i used another natural mask product that i forgot but its got honey and i bought it from smith and caughey..hello?? UPMARKET DEPARTAMENTAL STORE goods????? generic facial  departamental store products marketed with better design and packaging to suit upmarket image and audience??? shouldn’t be better than specialist skin care shop?? logic????

not my cup of tea so nothing in store for me but NZ iconic designer…(may be the reason why so many of her dresses are top in trademe.co.nz)do you think her clothes are worthwhile?

it’s really weird but i know very little of nz designers cos their clothing hardly ever fit me.
but i do like a bit of  Karen Walker’s and if not mistaken, hopefully, her shop is still next to the wine shop cum restaurant opposite khao thai. i think her style is more contemporary ready to wear as opposed to trelise cooper cos i think her clothings are more suited for pakeha than fucked up paled skinned azn midget like me

btw speaking of azn jokes, my boss likes to pass dry azn jokes remarks…she thinks it’s funny…i don’t find it rude..i just find her dumb.

weekend bliss + food pixs

we celebrated my other half birthday : D
happy birthday baby – even tho i’ve been telling you over and over all day yesterday, but no matter how old you become baby, i still love you~~~ : D

ok enough of mushy greetings.  first things first

i was slaving in the kitchen since 4.30 pm to aout 7.30m…but it was like an all day cooking/eating orgy cos we woke up so early to go exchange the present – the vodafone fella gave me a faulty charger…sigh…nvm la.. :/

Breakfast

poached eggs on toats w/ s/ mushroom and toulouse sausages
eggs bene w/ s/o spinach and bacon
OJ and L/Cap

nb: no pixs here cos i forgot…
we went on to do groceries..plan it well cos i forgot a lot of things after i went home..-_-” PHAILLLLLL

(edit: at this point i am hating the stupid Asus laptop keyboard…latest version but shit fucking laggy and control and shortcuts are useless….cos lag or doesn’t compute..and i fucking hate vista)

(btw you had better had an electrical whisk or else you gonna have shitloads of arm muscles or just pain…)

so we take the egg yolk mix and add with the melted dark chocolate through double boiler method and add cream mix..

and fold in the egg

i show u finished products later..i ran out of time n stopped taking pixs…don’t forget to add liquor of choice..

because i am cheating against time

killing 2 birds with one stone:

boil/pre-cook veges (kumara, carrot, onion etc..) and making vege stock for spaghetti

start roasting whatever you can first while boiling veges

(portabello mushroom, capsicum, aubergine/eggplant)

then because not enough of space so i decided to fry out a bit of the water from the kumara and throw it later into the roasted veg mix in the oven…lol I accidentally burned the other side cos i was too busy chopping onions

end result:

btw,cook the cous cous as instructed..use 1 cup is enough..i used two and it became to much

ok no more time to camwhore so you cook remove the boiling veg and you have instant vege stock – add in the spaghetti – add water into the soup pot if you need to…

-leftover stock to boil spaghetti

-remember to add butter or oil so it doesn’t stick..i added in herbs because i chopped too many…and i used E.V.O.O instead of butter…

you have got to read this person’s post = i <3 wow nerds…..dam funny and yet, my bf is like that too…..!!!! when he does the dishes which i really hate, i really don’t bug him….and won’t really care what time he comes to bed now..bwahahahaha
